Urine in the vagina

Sometimes men get erect because they need to pee not because they need to ejaculate. Sometimes after using my masturbation toy I feel like urinating. I was wondering what happens if a man releases urine instead of semen into the vagina during sex. Obviously, the woman would get upset, but would it cause damage to her internal structures. What do you think?

No, it would not cause damage to any internal structures. It might do damage to your teeth though :-)

In other words, she might punch out my teeth. I wasn't planning to do that. I was just wondering what might happen if it occured accidentally.

During arousal and orgasm, a man's urinary sphincter generally clamps tight. It's generally very hard for a man to urinate during or following orgasm. That make sense as a survival mechanism, because it could neutralize the sperm. Of course, men can learn to override that instinct, but it's generlally not a problem.
