Legally there is nothing wrong. You're both adults and you're free to do whatever you want.
Now, emotionally you might have some trouble. She is younger and less experienced. She is waiting from you a lot and even though she loves you madly, she is waiting for you to love her back. So the key for your relationship success, as always, is to TALK!

Talk and talk and talk about anything and everything. About your days, your workplace, how you feel, how you think about something, what you want, what you like and dislike, and so on. And with talking comes the LISTENING. Learn to listen what she has to say. Understand and act accordingly. And be yourself.

Wow, funny you should ask. I am 23 and my fiancee is 45.. er, 46 in a couple days... (I also have a bday yet this year, so we are 22 yrs apart). For us, it was a match made in heaven. But age does not really have anything to do with it... it's all about personal experience, life expectations, and shared interests. There's not many guys my age who enjoy swinging, but my fiancee does... we also shared careers and many other interests. But that does not mean everyone in this situation does. Heck, people exactly the same age do not necessarily share the same interests and hopes/dreams/wishes for their lives...

If you don't love her, you cannot force yourself to love. It hurts to break up, but if there is no future, then why draw out the inevitable?

I am 19 my girlfriend is 23! we have had a long talk about this and we are ok with it! but there is going to be a lot of bridges to cross! shes finished college and is full time worker.. I am still at college and part time! I cant wait to finish and to move down to where she lives!
