It's completely normal, I get erections all the time and thing about sex all the time as well. It's normal for a male your age to think about that, and it's normal for all males any age. My friend had sex for the first time about a year ago and has not stopped since then. He got a new girlfriend and turned her into a nympho just like him.

It's completely normal to get erections, and to look at porn. Erections show that you are a healthy male. I usually can sit at work or stand/walk around and it just randomly comes to me that I want to have sex, or just have an erection in school. I am still a virgin but yes the urge does come lol.

Haha Beagle, I can say that your age range does not apply to me. Right now I'm a male in his mid-20s (26 if you want to the exact number) and I've not had urges anywhere near this strong when I was a teen or when I was in my early 20s. I'd have to say the whole thing didn't even start for me until I was 24 or 25 so you can see it's been somewhat recent. I can't tell you why I didn't get these urges as a teen or when I was in my early 20s but they're sure as hell here now.

Getting sex is easy. Just get drunk and lower your standards. The good thing about that is that you accumulate sexual experience. You find out exactly what you like and what you don't like extremely quickly. The bad thing is that it's easy to regret what you did the night before. Getting sex with high quality women (ie hot, smart and nice) takes inner game (high self esteem) and outer game (technique). When you're inexperienced, it's even harder. I gues this is right suggestion. We have to respect opinions of each other cause tastes differ even in the matters of sex. So as for the "can't stop thinking of sex" i can add it's quite normal and isn't a deviation or smth like this. Love each other as often as you like to do it. :)

im guessing you masterbait alot and im not saying thats a bad thing i used to go through a faze of alot but i found if you try to hold in and not for periods of time you just naturally stop thinking of sex maby start by doing it once a day then maby evry second day, for me if i have a wank like half an hour later ill be more thinking about more sex than i was before it. try it out and see if it might help ;)

To offer some practical advice beyond the fact that this is normal, Ive discovered PC muscle exercises are a way to control erection. While I haven't mastered this skill 100% myself I think it is worth learning for those moments when your in public and you need to bring your erection down.

There is a lot of material out there describing how to find it and exercise it though It is a tough task at first. My recomendation from expereince is once you have located it to only practice once you have an erection. If you at home alone you'll probably find it wont take long for your erection to come back and then you'll probably need to spank the monkey, pat the dophin (ie masturbate). But once you've mastered the skill it will be usefull in public.

As for the thinking about sex all the time the only thing I know of for controling our thoughts is meditation. I find the best way to spend 5 mins a day just taking time out to focus on my breathing.

The PC muscle stuff will also help you when you actually have sex apparently I just havent figured out how yet!

The more they watch, the more they think about sex, etc, like u described. set goals if that helps. and this may be normal to some people, but according to my personal experience, porn is gonna make u want more and more sex, and u will like physical attraction so much that u will forget about all the other important things u need to know that matter in a partner. and if u r really physically attracted to someone, u might mistake it with love. and im not saying dont be physically attracted. im saying, make wise decisions.

For a while I had forgotten about the fact that I made this thread (when did it get stickied?). The last time I had sex was three months ago. I am no sexpert, I am a 30 yo female that has been diagnosed with sex addiction. I used to have the same problem, and almost lost a job because of it. I thought about sex I think every waking minute. I found out it was because my body was not getting the release it needed. I began to please myself every morning and guess what? It worked. I got the release I needed to get through the day, well at least most of it. Now I do not have to do that and am doing fine. Still think about it on occasion though. ;-)

If you let yourself think about it eventually you'll find you can focus on school and work without problem. When you're at home or have nothing to do on the other hand it most likely will come back to mind, but don't freak about it. And if you masturbate to the point of orgasm i can nearly 100% guarantee you'll be relaxed enough to focus on whatever without problem.
