When men orgasm, they ejaculate. Which releases the sperm and the fluid they're in.

guys do have orgasms but their difrent that womens guys dnt get al emotionall they just ejecullate and bom done(less than 1 minut)but girls it takes them up to like 30 mins to "get out of it" when guys do in like a minut...so yes guys do have orgasms just in a difrent way.:D

Yes. Over and over. It would be unusual (but not impossible) to ejaculate without having an orgasm. So, pretty much, every ejaculation is initiated by or part of an orgasm.

Guys (even married ones) masturbate regularly to achieve orgasm. If he is ejaculating, he is having an orgasm.

Both men and women orgasm. I don't know why your friend said men don't.
