well Im not sure how old you are and since im 13 what I would do is first figure out if I liked her or not. secondly what I would do is try and get to know her a little bit better. and just ask her"hypotheticly would you want to go out with me, just give me an honest answer." and if she says yes just ask her if she would go out with you somtime. (But make sure you dont ask her that on the same day you ask her that question wait a bit) :D

If you've known her for a while then you'll know what she likes so it will be alright knowing what to do. Also, you should know whether she is going out with someone and it doesn't matter that she talks to other guys because she talks to you too remember!
Next time you see her just go straight up to her and ask, even if she is talking to someone (don't interrupt, cut in at an appropriate pause), and say "hey [name], you wanna [date she would like] later [or other appropriate date]". She'll either say "yeah sure [or words to that effect]" even if she is surprised always remember it's not reluctance- she's probably thinking "how long did it take you to ask!". If she asks something like "who else is coming" then just calmly reply "I thought it would be nice as just me and you for a change [or something similar]" If she likes you or has thought about it she won't say no.


WARNING: If you get rejected (it happens sadly) then don't take it too hard. She could be shy, been hurt in the past so not ready or just not for you. Someone will come along eventually even if it takes a while.
I'm 16 and my first girlfriend was when I was 13 and lasted 2 weeks without a kiss and then I found my second girlfriend a couple of weeks ago now and couldn't be happier.

Well, you have to decide what you want. Do you want to be her friend or her boyfriend and possibly more? Life's full of choices.

Does she like you? Down deep you know if she likes you - and from what you're saying, she's even hinting at you.

So does she know that YOU like her "that way"? Does she know you're open to being more than friends? It's OK to flirt a bit, to let her know you like her "that way".

I'm a big fan of the subtle approach, where you encourage and allow the chemistry to develop until it's undeniable, instead of having the "gee, i really like you, lets go on a date" conversation, it's too sterile. But that's me.
