and use grapeseed oil as a lubricant.

Are you talking about chafing like sort of a scab on the penis am I correct?

Ok, well let me go over part of what happened to me and maybe it will help you out.
From what I understand its about the same.
Alright, so a few years ago I masturbated here and there with little pre-cum. I didn't have the time to get it properly going to I just started it off and it was completely dry. I came and such bla bla bla.
So after that my penis hurt, then I noticed some of it was chafed with like little scabs on it. So I stopped for a few days then I masturbated again, this time waiting for the pre-cum to lubricate it. They came off and the new soft skin was there and my problem was solved. This happened maybe 5-10times over all and now it doesn't seem to happen any more.
I would suggest using any lubrication if this happens to you really often. I have no idea what the best stuff would be.

What lead to this? Was it too much masturbation or did it just happen.I suggest you see a doctor immediately. This isn't just a minor problem, you could be causing major damage to the tissue and nerves on the penis.

I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you that being dry isn't a good thing.
People have also had this issue in the past and had that as a result in the end.

My best suggestion would be to take and use what your doctor prescribed you.
Or use grapeseed oil which can help things out pretty good from what I have (heard) I do not know from personal use or know for sure.
This may describe you as well.
When you masturbate and when you are done does the skin feel a bit raw? or rubbed too hard in the end? Then the next day it hurts to touch it, or later? If you are using saliva as a lubricant stop because this happened to me here and there. Just use the natural lubricant when it comes, and refrain from using water that does not help either. You can use a lubricant while masturbating that would be better than the water and saliva.
