Well it's a matter of trust I think, She just does not trust you and you will have to earn your trust back, if she lets you even try. Crossing the line of friendship and trust is hard to recover from, but you can recover from it although it will take time and lots of patience. I dont know her but I think she does not feel safe nor secure with you anymore she might be thinking what if we go to another party one night and I end up drinking too much will this guy then take advantage of me? or will he protect me from others that would take advantage of me like a true friend would.
I am not sure if the friendship will ever recover from this, it all depends on her and you for now she might just want space and time and then eventually come around and begin to trust you again or she might not. Have you talked to her about it? If she is willing to listen then open up and tell her that you regret it and that you are hurting over it as much as she is, that your one impulsive act that you are shameful for and that you regret deeply will never happen again and if she is willing to open up a little to let you earn your trust back.
But these things are tricky and I dont know how she truly feels or what she is thinking, try getting her to tell you, to talk about it, does she feel dirty from that action does she feel insecure? does she feel used? or is she just pissed off?

Sounds like you're stuck in the friend zone. I don't know why so many females don't want their closest friend to be their man, and would rather have a complete stranger at the end of a single day... I speculate it has to do with having a stable male role model that they lack and depend on you as more of a traditional father or brother figure... there to guide and protect them from their more random encounters. If she wanted you to touch her ever, she's have let you long ago. It'll take a while to regain that trust, if ever, so I suggest you don't do whatever you did again. She just isn't into you like that. Hook up with one of her friends or something. She how she reacts to you being with somebody else, if she doesn't really care, and she's not jeleous, well, you then know for sure. But I can just tell you now. Get over, and get on with getting it on with somebody else who is all about YOU.
