It can be done, where it actually comes from is still not understood fully. It can be done supposedly by anyone, one expert on here will say that and support it to his death.

If you want to do it I would suggest by stating by orgasm with your clitoris. Then go inside your vagina and find your G spot. Its 1-2in inside on the belly button side. It should be a rough ribbed spot. Just pleasure that and your vagina should contract and cause you to orgasm.

Almost forgot. You can go back to normal, yet it shouldn't hurt anyway its supposed to be very pleasurable, and its not urin even though there may be trace amounts.

having seen the video posted by FemaleOrgasm, i must say though, i'm a little scared. i mean, i consider myself quite a lucky woman to have a man by my side who already gets me to great orgasms :D, and probably in a few ocassions, if i would have had some "training" or been a little less concerned about the "ejaculation" (and let go) i could have actually let myself have a g-spot orgasm. so, i can see how it can be extremely pleasurable etc... but i can't help but feel a bit reluctant, i mean, i don't think that once i'd have a wet orgasm, i'd only want that every time me and my boyfriend make love. so if one cannot go back to her "normal" orgasms, i suppose i'd want to wait until i'm bored of my current sex life...
