Just kidding, I wouldn't worry about it too much because there is nothing you can do about the pain and bleeding. It's probably going to happen because it happens to everyone I believe (well most normal people).

Just have him understand to take it slow and easy with you the first few times especially the first time because that's going to probably be the worst one. Other than that you will begin to enjoy it.

You dont necessarily bleed when you have sex for the first time. I didnt. The hymen "thin membrane covering vaginal opening" in many people splits or tears before the first time they have sex. This can be due to activities such as bike riding, horseback riding, masturbation, tampon, injury to the area...etc. There will be pain on the first time but I didn't think it was all that bad... but I do have a high pain tolerance...and a "small" partner. Some tips. If you feel like you have to pee you probably dont, it is actually just the female version of cumming/ejacuation. Try your first time in the missionary position(you on your back with him on top). Take things slow. Let each other know if your not ready to proceed. If you are still worried about bleeding or cumming/squirting you can place a towel under you. The first couple times generaly hurts and may not be enjoyable.
