seduce women and say do u like that, women could help by saying what they do like. maybe come up with some kind of game. another thing is that you could give yourself to the woman and tell them what u want them to do to u,they would probably be a bit more demanding afterwards. play with your words and asks them questions....hope it helped at bit. just try pleasing a woman the way u want to be teased back;)

It may be a bit like impotence. The more you think about it the more anxious you become and the less likely you are to be "successful." Saying "just relax" doesn't help, I know.

But perhaps just deciding to enjoy the feeling and not focus on the orgasm might help for a while.

I can't always orgasm from oral sex (fellatio) either. It feels great but I just don't cum. So after around 15 minutes I tell my wife that is enough. And we don't try to analyze it or worry about it. Sometimes, though, after we fool around a bit more she will go down on me again. Same "rule", though. But often I cum the second time around.

If you can keep it from being about the orgasm you might find your way back to that again in the future.

As an aside, you can also add a bullet vibrator to oral sex to spice things up. I've tried it. You just have to make sure your tongue doesn't get numb from the vibrations.
