The fear/fantasy of "getting caught" is a turn-on for many people. It is perfectly normal and harms no one.

Everyone's got their idea of of fantasies and what they find to be turn-ons for them. The idea that you described isn't abnormal or uncommon in any way.

In the town I live in, there's a place that has LIVE girls who you can go back to a room with. When you're back there, she gets completely naked and masturbates in front of you. The guy is expected to masturbate with her.
I don't know if you have these places where you live but this would be a way you could actually experience your fantasy.

its not so much the thought of being caught but its the phycological thrill of the danger of being caught. its the same phycological impuse that drives people to gamble the thrill of possable loseing can be quite exciting.
personaly however this is an impulse you should not act on in public.
I segest trying one of those places mentioned by slittylicker I have heard of them, never been to one but that would be a solution.

I don't think it's so much the "getting caught" part as it is the fact that my penis is exposed and a woman sees it. Something about a member of the opposite sex seeing me naked or just my private parts is a turn on. I think this is probably because I am very comfortable with and secure about my body. However, this does not mean that I would ever masturbate or expose myself in public for the hundredth time.

That's pretty normal, I think. i mean to get turned on by being naked in front of a woman; unless you're a nudist... in that case, you would be used to it, and you would view it in a different light.

If the fantasy is centered more around anonymous people however, it's a lot harder.
