I agree with the above comment. The head and the underside, right below the head, is where we feel our sensation...the rest of the shaft is less sensitive.
Focus on the head.
For me, lighter and slower creates more sensation than harder and faster(depending on my mood). If it's harder and faster, I get numb.
Do it like you love doing it, not like it's a job that you're working hard at, to bring a final result.

because alcohol and drugs will inhibit his orgasm. As a general rule, guys are much easier to make cum than women. In fact, a lot guys cum too fast. So don't worry about having "limited abilities".

Have one hand around the base of his shaft and the other hand rubbing his thigh to increase bloodflow to his penis. The increase in bloodflow will make him cum faster because orgasmic hormones will travel to the penis faster. 1.I would defineately suggest talking with him durring, before, and after. He will be best able to tell you what is good and what isnt.
