Have you ever heard of anyone monitoring the fetal response to maternal orgasm with ultrasound?

Hi J&D: Thanks for inviting me as a friend;););), I have searched in vain for anyone with info on clinical trials to monitor the most common of human experiences we all went through, and yet no one has looked at the real time fetal response to sex during pregnancy, specifically the maternal orgasm. I have read several OBGyn's reports that state the most common question asked by first time mom's is, is it safe to have sex during pregancy? The pat answer is always go ahead unless there is bleeding, or a few other challenges. Yet, the page is blank as to the fetal response to the experience. What is safe? With 5000 abortions done daily in the USA alone, certainly there are plenty of candidates for a research project as many of these pregnant ladies can't afford the abortion, so pay for their abortion in exchange for allowing their soon to be killed child to give us the real time story of their experience. This would open this can of worms which is the cause of aging and death in my humble opinion. There is no evidence to disprove my theory to my knowledge. If there is, please give me the info. How long will I be alone on this conscious journey into the abiss of my inuterine memories? My blog Cord&Placenta has much more of my perceptions on this issue. I read an article in the paper today saying that gays/lesbians are coming out of the closet with social support, whereas, ladies who have had abortions, have retreated into the closet with little television soaps portraying the struggle of ladies having abortions. what's the deal. ???

Hi again Dr Jeff.

While I'm still not sure how I feel about your theory because it is so far outside of my box, I'm all for testing. If a woman is going to have an abortion anyway - why not use her (with her permission of course) as a test subject to truly study the effects of orgasm on the unborn fetus.

Don't get me started on abortion and the rights of women, etc... I try to keep my political views out of the discussion - but let's just say that I'm not for anything that takes away our freedoms.

While I recognize a fetus as a living being, I also recognize our dogs, cats and fish as living beings, but until we can figure out a way to communicate with them on an intellectual level and to truly know there wants and desires, we have to do the best we can and make our own judgement calls...

On the same topic of abortion, consider these ideas in depth and see if it makes you head hurt!

I am also apposed to circumcision, in fact I was present at a body electronics healing seminar in Maui when a man went back through the experience. Neutering dogs and cats is just another way of suppressing the message they have of the effect of having offspring, ie responsibility, and still wanting to have the pleasure from their company. The abortion issue is simply the only world stage at this time the unborn fetus has and the pain/pleaure complex of maternal orgasm is the reason its such a debated subject. This is sooo deeply suppressed in our consciousness, yet,by the way dan, hair loss, male balding patterns are tied to the maternal orgasm also. It would take some effort to explain that which I am happy to do, yet I know that the only one who can convince folks on maternal orgasm is the fetus. So, I am thankful to have this forum, keep waking up the sexual memories by making talking about it accepted. Kind regards, Dr. Jeff
