Well it only really matters if you are interested in her too. But if you just want to know for the sake of interest ask her out or take her out somewhere and just lightly hint to the fact that you are interested (if you are) in her more than just what your relationship is at right now.

Absolutely! The human mating ritual is a complex and beautiful play. Seriously.

We always try to label and define all the phases, to know for sure what the other person is thinking, etc. But that's all our ego wanting to control it. And it's impossible. The other person isn't "thinking", they're "feeling".

As with most situations involving human beings, watch what they do, not what they say. You feel she likes you as more than a friend, and you're afraid that you might be mistaken... don't be! Trust your gut, your gut knows.

They key also is to flirt with her, not overtly, but basically to let her know that you like her "that way" too! That extra second of eye contact before looking away, holding her hand that extra second that makes all the difference between casual and romantic... you get the idea.
