The weird part is that that's probably really true. If you tell a guy that him being shaved makes you hot, he'll probably do it. It doesn't have to be quite so blatant, but if you mention that you really love it when a guy shaves, and it makes you enjoy giving oral more, I'm pretty sure he'll be all up for it. It's unlikely he'll seem offended or anything, unless you go right out and tell him he's disgusting or something. If you don't want to just strike up a conversation about it, perhaps you could buy him a few genital-oriented shaving supplies (nothing girly) and give it as a gift, suggesting you guys try "something new". A lot of guys will go for out of the norm things if it's part of a sort of "experimenting" thing. These are just a couple of things that might be done, but really just talk to him about it, it can't hurt.
