your class mates. Drink with 3 or 4 people (at least 2 guys) because it's much easier to talk to that number of people. Just make friends with the guys so you get used to talking to guys.

When you get used to talking to guys, guys will just hit on you. You won't like most of them, but at least you don't have to do any work.

Another good suggestion would be, You don't like parties, or clubs, and things like that. Meeting a guy who is into that may not be the kind of guy you are looking for... Of course i don't know you and i wont claim to I'm just saying. Find something you like to do that isn't on the computer or you know long distances away. For example: If you like to shoot Pool/Billiards go to a billiards hall and play a game by yourself and see what happens. A cute guy may come up and ask you for a game and whammo, your initiating some type of interactment through a common interest. If there aren't any places for you to go to do the things you like, try doing something you haven't tried yet. Just go out, and be around people. One more thing, you could always just try asking the cute guy down the hall if he wants to go for a walk! If he says no ohh well at least you know you tried and you wont be left to wonder "what if." Good luck! It's scary out there I know, But there are always people in your life who are there for you no matter what, so try taking that first step, someone will pick you up if you fall!
