You have obviously not received adequate medical care. If a physician is telling you everything is OK when you're clearly suffering ED, you need to find another physician. You may want to considering asking for a referral to a urologist.

You also obviously need to be treated for clinical depression. You need to schedule an appointment with a mental-health treatment provider as soon as possible.

As to sexual techniques, know that a female needs clitoral stimulation to get her off.... this can be performed manually during sex, orally before sex, or can even be provided with your penis during penetration.

Try moving in more of an up and down motion into the vagina, rather than the "ol' in and out". Stimulate the clitoris with the base of your penis, which is actually your least sensitive area. This can get her off... there are a number of other positions that can get her off as well...

Your penis size is pretty much within the average range... most men are somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5 inches... so no need to be ashamed at all. If you would like to increase the length, penis enlargement exercises are a safe and effective way.

If your doctor told you you are okay, then you are most likely okay... it is probably a mental block holding you back.. this is known as sexual performance anxiety, and I'm pretty sure that you do not have any serious physical problems with your erection... are you getting erections when you wake up? If so, you have no problems physically.

As to the performance anxiety, try and relax, and take the pressure off of your erection.. you cannot "force" your erection mentally... it's a natural reaction and comes along on it's own.... just get as horny as you can, and let your penis respond on it's own.

If you are not exercising... start. Aerobic activity improves your blood flow, and weight training improves your testosterone levels (especially squats)... both essential ingredient for healthy erections.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem...not the way to go. Take your time, and learn about the clitoris... it's the key... learn some ejaculation control techniques also (breath slowly, keep all your pelvic muscles relaxed... don't zero in on overly arousing visuals and thoughts).

Also, you might want to look into the possibility of hypogonadsm.
Find a Doctor who will order a blood test to determine your Total and Free Testosterone levels. Preferably by a specialist in this area.

Symptoms

Testosterone level is regulated by the pituitary gland, which releases the luteinizing hormone (LH). When the level of testosterone is low, LH normally increases its production. Good point Slittylicker.... might have something to do with testosterone levels... but it seems to be very psychological as well... looks like extreme anxiety over the situation... almost an irrational fear.

Have you looked into SSRI's? They are a class of antidepressants that boost your serotonin levels... low serotonin levels can make you overly worried and anxious...

The plus side of the SSRI's is that they delay ejaculation...

You want to make sure to get your testosterone levels up though, to offset any reduction in libido that the SSRI's my cause.

Get a little sunlight, eat mixed nuts late at night, add more muscle mass to your body... all these things naturally increase your testosterone levels
