Hey man, I know what it feels like....I had a girl that I couldn't make orgasm no matter what...I thought I had to last longer, go deeper, etc.

Learn a few things about the female orgasm, learn about the importance of the clit, and how to simulate it...learn some knowledge on the female orgasm, and that will remove a lot of the pressure on you to perform. The exercises that FemaleOrgasm mentioned work well to last longer as well

I find myself lasting a very long time during sex. Every time so far I've gone longer than my girlfriend. Our quickest time was around 30 mins, our longest was around and 1 hour and 30; not including foreplay. This is the exercise I personally use.

When having sex I focus on the pleasure in my penis and I only put mental effort into feeling each time I go in and out. I think this is a similar cognitive exercise of simply thinking of something else. However I believe this keeps me in the moment rather than just taking me out of it.

At some point I feel the type of sensation changing. Instead of feeling each stroke I begin to feel pleasure around my whole penis, like a wave, regardless of how many repetitions I'm doing. That's when I know that I'm reaching the plateau, and if I keep it up I'll climax. If I want to go longer I think of something else to take my mind off the feeling and start again by focusing on the sensation each time I thrust and pull out.

Try mentally focusing on the pleasure your feeling and how your body changes as you have sex. If you let it get away from you and get too excited you'll climax.
