Have you told her how you feel? How about starting there? You'll feel better if you apologize and tell her that you realize you made a mistake. She will also feel better knowing that you aren't really the type of guy who's always going to be putting that kind of pressure on her.
Also, make a point to tell her some of the reasons you are with her. Personally, I think the more subtle the better as you don't want to come on too strong, but you do need to let her know you're not just after sex. Or at least it sounds like you do.
