There's really not a reliable way to predict future penis size.

That's really sweet of you to be thinking about. The good news is there are definitely things you can do when the time comes to make sure you don't hurt your partner. Sometimes it's sheer width that is more an issue than length, but what it really comes down to is the "fit" between the penis and the vagina. They all come in different shapes and sizes.

When you are ready to have sex (wait until you're older if possible - not preaching, just suggesting) - but when you do, be sure to use a condom to be safe from STDs and pregnancy.

For enhanced comfort and to prevent injury, use plenty of lubricant. The lube will really help with size.
