It depends, are you a man or a woman? (No harm in asking)...I don't think your going to get a correct system because well, there isn't one...either it flows naturally or it doesn't...So my limited advice would be to relax (because fear doesn't help) and if she is afraid also lead by having some mild foreplay, which gradually builds until finally your ready, at which point make the insertion (if your a man that is)...and remember...gentle is the key...because you don't want to hurt her too much for it to be unenjoyable.
This is assuming it's her first time also, for if she already has some experiance then ask her to show you how. A woman can lead the way just as easily as a man! In fact in some ways I find that more enjoyable.
Basically just relax, enjoy, make it up as you go along foreplay wise and be gentle when having sex...and listen to each other, very important. & of course the other important thing is safety...if your a man, where a condom...properly.
