Mine increased over time as well.I started before i was a teenager.I would buy porno magazines,lay them out on the floor and jack off. I would rent X-rated vids on my day off and play with myself til was exhausted. I would work 10 to12 hour days and go to the bathroom when i had sexual urges and relieve myself. In the morning a couple of times,at work a few times when going to the bathroom,usually before dinner and several times before bed. On my days off,every hour while awake. So,yeah it became a problem because sex is all i thought about.After work,i looked for it with a co-worker as much as i could,girls at bars or even hookers. It got pretty bad.

You're probally conflicted as to whether to tell your g/f as she may feel awkward as to why you do so much.A lot of things to consider:

1. How long have you been together?
2. Your age and hers?
3. Has she brought up why you don't have a lot of sex with her.
4. Do you feel this is just a fling or going somewhere?

You probally should be honest and you know what,she may even have an idea that you have a problem,i don't know.

Several options:

Use your sexual outlet toward something you enjoy instead.I realize thats pretty vague but activities can take a lot of your time and make you forget about things.

If your g/f is open and also does it regularily,do it together. It is a turn on. That may not be your cup of tea but it can be an eye-opening experience.Would she be open to soft core porno,like Cinemax or such? Many moons ago,my g/f found out and soon came to realize that she had to accept it as part of my repertoire
She now even watches some of it with me.

Whether you tell her about it or not,if you want this relationship to continue,her companionship and involvement in all parts of your life are important.How often do you see one another? I would see her as much as possible and channel those passionate feelings toward her. Subsitute her for your masturbation issues. Foreplay There's nothing wrong playing with yourself as its healthy,relieves stress and feels good but if she's ok with it,sex should be a big part of your life. Being with a woman beats being alone any day of the week.

Blood in your semen could indicate an infection, inflammation, an injury to that ares. If it continues, go see your doctor! Better safe than sorry...

Were you hit in the stomach recently? It could 'just' be internal bleeding. Sometimes people pee blood after being hit, so it isn't too much of a leap to consider ejaculating blood.

I used to have this problem, indeed I still do, but I've decreased my amount imensely; I found the cause of the addiction and eliminated it. For me, it was depression. I don't know about you, but if you can think about why, see how often you feel depressed, or something similar.
If it really is the feeling you enjoy, a good trick is to change your enjoyment. Perhaps eat your favourite food, play a game, watch a movie, read a book. Anything really. I've got a friend who says writing a book can be worthwhile as a: it's a good distraction and b: and I quote, "no feeling compares to how you feel after you finish your first book."
