Basically, talk to them more about casual topics. Ask them how their day was and what classes they have. Once you talk more, ask them more personal things about their lives. Once that happens (after a few days), if they don't ask you out, ask them out (it's okay). Yes girls can ask guys out, and they will even be thankful you did because it puts off lots of pressure off of them. :cool: Flirt with them, but make it playful flirting. Ask their friends what they do and they'll probably hear about it from their friends and wonder. To tell you the truth, most guys are shy when asking girls out because of fear of rejection. :o *Note* Everything will take a while, anwhere from 3 weeks to even months, depending on how often you see them and talk to them. If you see them everyday and always talk to them, it should go by pretty quick.
Here are ways to tell if a guy likes you:
1) He'll lean closer to you and never turn his back to you
2) If he's shy, he'll probably look away quickly when you make eye contact, but if he's confident, he'll keep the stare
3) He'll talk about himself if he's nervous
4) He might touch you for very small achievements like answering a question right
5) He'll treat you differently (for better or for worse)
6) Check for nervousness signs such as sweaty palms or nervous laughter; when you call his name, his head will snap around (that means he likes you)
7) Watch how his friends act when you're around (they might watch you if they know)
8) If your conversation gets interrupted, he will continue talking about whatever you were talking about and act like it never happened
9) If he likes you, he will be around you a lot in the same general area and will try to make eye contact with you or watch you a lot
I did #s 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 around the girl I like :D, so the odds are if he's doing 4 or more, he likes you. :cool:
