Well, chances are you're fairly young, and can achieve erection after ejaculation within about 20 minutes... so what you can do is take care of yourself, or have your girlfriend take care of you, you can ejaculate, then take care of her for that 20 or so minutes until you're able to get an erection again. Then when you do, you should be able to last a lot longer. You may find that you don't ejaculate near as much as the first time, and that's normal... the good feeling should be all the same regardless of the amount of fluid produced.

I'm with you buddy. That's how I was a while ago but I learned to control it. It's all mental most of the time , if you get too excited just like i would bam , it just lets you down quick. Try using those Trojan Extended Pleasure condoms and see if it helps.

try to get propper boner with foreplay before sex. just give that a try. also cuming up her ass in anal might be less anoying for her.
