I'm sorry I don't have much info on the specifics of what older guys like but I can tell you that many people have successful relationships that have age differences up to 20 years! My mother and father were 16 years apart and they were roughly your ages when they met. I just wanted to give you some encouragement that these things can work out!:p

I would say it depends on what the guy is after. He could definitely be interested in you. I've noticed with older men they seem to know what they're after more than younger men. But, there are still those after serious relationships (often marriage), and those after sex and flings. Just like a younger man, if he is interested in marriage he will respond more to your intelligence as well as your beauty, but if he's interested in sex, well... Really, he's a lot like a younger guy, but with more experience and he should be more mature.

since my last question he made an excuse to touch my hand and has offered to help me with something, also hes done the looking at my eyes then looking down thing, been really nice to me and still acts like he would like to talk for longer, iv tried to tell him but i clam up n shake and my mind just goes blank. Im hoping maybe the reason he hasnt said anything yet is because hes afraid ill say no because im younger, hopefully he will when we get a chance to be alone, if not i might pluck up the courage to myself

I'm just curious as to how you met. Do you work with him, is he a customer where you work, etc... As for if a relationship can work with the age differences, well, ask my man, he's 22 years older than me. Sure we have our differences and our arguments from time to time, but what relationship doesn't? However, in my case I pursued him.. for a lil somethin somethin...lol Actually, I don't think the age difference makes as much of a matter as simply common interests, humor, past, etc... the same things that make a relationship with people of the same age work or not work.
However, I do think, as with anything "blind" you need to be careful. If you met through a mutual friend or work or something, then you can probably get his "story" from someone at least somewhat reliable. But if you just had a chance meeting, then (age does not matter here, just a general precaution) be careful and see who he is behind the scenes before you start anything serious.
OK, enough cautionary preachy blah blah... Just be yourself and see what happens!

i cant say how i met him because people we know will guess who i and he is maybe i could say later if its what i think ;) and i know for absolute sure he has never had a dark past what so ever. K in cleveland please please give me some tips how you chased your husband because i really dont know what to do i tried again the other day n i just shook like a leaf n talked a load of rubbish lol
