The owrst thing you can do is force it to happen because then it never will. If you are thinking about when it's going to happen, if it's going to happen etc etc you won't be relaxed enough for it to just happen on it's own. I would definately start by trying things on your own. Make sure you relax and try to go slowly and just see how things feel for you. Try different things. Also, if you are too vigorous with yourself you may hinder it from happening as well. Good luck, I hope that's helpful.
