You need penis exercises. At 36 my penis is like cold blued steel. Not only am I getting worse with an increasing libido but my penis continues to grow and get harder and harder to the point sometimes it feels like it could drive a nail through a 2x4 at times.
Here is my secret. I use jelqueing exercises in my morning showers with a quick warm up and about 5 - 10 minutes jelqueing... I combine a couple other penile exercises that you can learn from just about anywhere on the internet.

It has increased my length and girth but the main reason for doing these exercises is for overall "penis health." This is important in my opinion as I reached my 30's I had read some articles about losing libido and penis health that worried me. I came across a lot of good info about maintaining sex drive etc through the means of "penis exercises" and so far so good I would have to say that I'm living proof this works.
As far as making your penis grow larger I'm a bit skeptical myself about it as my flacid penis size has always been somewhat larger then average, and my wife has actually complained about my new length which is around 10 or 11 inches I believe. I had a natural 9 1/2 inch long penis to begin with but I'd say it's been about several years of "jelqueing" that I have only added another 1/2 inch to 1 inch maybe to my overall length? Girth has made some good increases to but I just want to stress that the reason for the exercises in my opinion is to maintain "penis health."

Another means of achieving penis health would be diet and exercise. If you're a smoker... this will substantially decrease your blood flow to your penis during sexual activities. It could be the sole culprit of your "softer" erections as well. Diet has a lot to do with penis health as well and overall it's just good practice for your entire health.
You should try eating healthier and exercising. You don't need me or anyone else to preach to you what that is as I'm sure you know what foods you should and shouldn't be eating. It's all just common sense.
Penis exercises can help the spongy tissue stretch and allow your penis to have more blood flow overall which should help a lot with solid erections. The increase in size is just a bonus the way I see it.
Thing to note as well is you can google "penis enlargement exercises" and that will give you plenty to research aside from my recommendation. Another thing to note is with a little bit of research you can probably find some free videos that show you the simple jelqueing exercise you can start out with.
