Well, sometimes it can be a little confusing, since often enough, women's "pleasure faces" look almost like they're in pain.

Just to make sure, speak with your partner at a time when you're not having sex. Express to her how important it is to you that she is happy and not in pain. Ask her to be completely honest with you about whenever she may be feeling uncomfortable during sex.

I think you're probably right. It might not be pain, but just an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes women don't talk about what makes them feel good because they don't think it's important.

If it IS true that she's feeling uncomfortable, try some different positions. Woman-on-top would be great, since she would be controlling how much of you she takes in at a time.
