Hi, I'm currently dating a 26 year old guy who watches porn regularly, I'd say anywhere from 2 to 5 times a week at the most. He has a VERY large collection on his computer. I have a very high sex drive and am always willing and available, yet we do not live together so I guess the availability is limited in the sense that I would have to drive over there or vice versa. He tells me that the porn does not replace me, but sometimes I worry that it does or at least that it might in the future. Also, the one thing that worries me that it might be an addiction is that he says he needs to watch the porn in order to masturbate on his own. He is able to masturbate in front of me, but w/o me he needs the porn. Is this normal or is it something I should worry about?
I've been reading a lot about addiction and always see that an addiction is something that disrupts life reponsibilities be it work, social life, relationships, financial obligations. I know for sure that THAT is not happening.
