Hi all,
I started to take the mini-pil (Cerazette), because I can't take a normal birth control pill or anything related with oestrogene (due to headache attacks and also that im a risk patient for CVA= cerebrovascular accidents, genetic cancer, varices).
I was pretty glad I got Cerazette: no period anymore (had very bad periods: I had a shortness on ferrum constantly, i fainted,...), no migraine-attacks anymore,...but then... well i read on other forums some woman had it too: after a few years of use they began to get side-effects: now im 26 and suddenly i got acne, while I never had that before (although i was eating more, and also more unhealthy things then I do now). Also: sex hurts as in hurts that bad I can't enjoy it anymore, and it brings me to tears. I only have sex to please my boyfriend. I think my vagina is to dry because doctors have stated they only see wounds... and bleeding ones. Even when I don't have sex, it usually hurt a bit. But lubrification, well it helps not much... my belly aches to during sex (cramps). My libido is like below 100. I have frequently candida infections, like continiously(didn't had it before), I used to fall in love quite quickly, but now I totally don't anymore. All these side effects are on the package leaflet. So what to do... ??? I already visited my doctor who says i mustsn't do different positions, but even in missionary I have pain. And the lady's doctor. Both say if I feel itchy things, just take cream/pills. Because it didn't went over and I was always diagnosed with candida when I thought i was, the gyn treated me for 7 !!!months with anti-candida pills.... (usually maximum 3). I don't understand that nobody mentionned that my bf should treat himself too !!! But now ... oh well, i feel a thing again (itchy, pain), and i didn't had sex without a condom. :$
Only things left to try are sterilisation (no option for me, cause i want have kids someday), and a intra-uterine device: I'm afraid of that, because I heard pregnancy can still occur in some cases, it can grow in, or if u have bad periods (like I did) it can be removed out of your body... :eek: Horror stories. Brr.
Also for a condom: i asked my boyfriend if he was okay to try a condom, so I could stop with the pill and see, all of the things that occured, where due to it. He agreed, but then (I carried on taking my pill, to see if he liked sex with a condom) he said that he doesn't like it, because he didn't felt anything anymore during sex, and he lost his erection.
Sigh, what to do? Even if i should have another bf, this stays a problem. Also the mirena uterine device and 3monthly injection, they have the same hormons as my pill has now I think. :(
Also, I'm tired of those Candida infections: I tried like all alternative treatments, different kinds of pills (15 in total), vaginal creams, I tried even to ban washing products (soap, clothing)that can cause it. unfortunately, I don't have a very understanding bf, and if I say: I can infect U, or have infected you, before I felt any symptoms, so u may not feel anything (at least I've heard men can carry Candida, without feeling a things or showing symptoms...) so use some of that cream, he does not want to..., i ask to wash his hands before he touches me, but I he considered me then as crazy. So i'm afraid that we just infect each other back and forth. In fact, I think he infected me first... his penis was all red and sore, and after that infections with me kept on comming, just after i stopped the last candida treatment. HELP!!!! Really, I'm suffering of this.
I really do not know what to do anymore. :(
