I am a nice guy I know we always finish last so here is my question. Should I stay a nice guy and alway be the one who women come to after being out with a ass or should I become a bad boy/ass my self??

Absolutely! Most guys who play a "stand-by" role do so because of a lack of confidence - down deep, that's the cause. They're afraid to show the girl that they like her "that way", so they spend a lot of time in the "friend zone", almost like her safe gay friend.

Don't take that personally in any way, that's just a common situation.

And to become confident, you should become comfortable being with and around women - truly comfortable and at ease. To the point where there's no fear, because truly there is NOTHING to fear. Either she goes out with you or she doesn't - and being nervous that she may not cuts your chances by 75% on the spot.

Being truly confident and comfortable with who you are is extremely attractive to people.
