You could ask her to marry you and then live together. If you love her that much, what's the hesitation? 3 years should be long enough to know if she is what you want.

Beyond that, there isn't much to do.

I asked her to marry me and start a family but her father thought it was not a good time and that she should focus on her career he is totally cock blocking me to the point where I feel that I want to call it a day and move on

Well...if she's so obedient to him you'd have to assume he will be in your marriage (making decisions for you) that might also prove problematic.

Ok so you're both adults then and you say you both have stable careers and finance is not an issue. Why don't you just ask her to marry you and if she says yes, go move someplace where her dad won't be an issue?

I get the same answer every time I'll talk to my dad and then she comes back a day later and tells me he thinks its not a good time with a idiotic excuse every time
I have spoken to her about it but she sees no wrong in what she is doing on the contrary believes he is giving her good advice
She only started living with him a year and a half ago as her parents was divorced and since then it has become unbearable

The way I see it, you have one of two choices.

1. Wait until she's ready. This will require patience and understanding on your part. Obviously she considers her relationship with her dad to be very important.

2. Give her an ultimatum. Tell her that she has to choose between you or dad. But be prepared if she decides to stay with her dad over you.

If you have already been doing fine for three years why do you feel like you need to tie the knot with her? Is there a reason behind rushing the marriage? You're both still young you know.

I am afraid that I all ready know the outcome of that ultimatum and its not good news for me.
I don't want to have kids if I am not married and I do want kids in the near future and I feel that in our relationship getting married is the obvious next step.
Her dad does not like me a bit because I do not keep quiet and speak my mind and do not lick his ass one bit that is part of the problem I think and the fact that I am a bit of a rebel with tattoos and piercings and he is a church man:D when it suites him to one of these funny churches whear you don't eat pork and stupid stuff like that

Though marriage is something that I don't plan on going through in my life, you need to keep in mind that marriage involves two people. Just because you say you're ready to go on to the next step doesn't mean she is too. A marriage will not work out if the two people are not on the same page. So while it may be important to you, it may not be important to her, at least not at the moment anyway.

Also, I would recommend trying to get along with her dad. I don't mean become an ass-kisser (I'm not one and I don't plan on becoming one for anybody) but at the same time, don't do something just to get on his bad side. If you're going to marry her, it's a given that he will become part of your life and a bad relationship with your father-in-law could be detrimental to your marriage.
