Hanging at a cafe yesterday, two girls came in and sat behind me, table behind me, rather close. The girls seemed a bit cuddly with one another, so I figured lesbians, first date or something, as they didn't seem THAT well acquainted with one another. Another clue was that they started taking photos of each other with one's digital cam. And trying to take a pic of both of them, one extending her arm out with the cam, her arm nearly over my shoulder. So I ask if they'd like me to take a pic of both. They say yes- I chatter some lighthearted yadda yadda and they snicker-I take some pics, standard arm-over-shoulders pose (btw these girls looked to be at least 10-15 years junior my 39 yrs) and then I say "how about an action pose- pretend you two are discussing something" and then the one who had the cam says "what? You want a pic of something disgusting?" (discussing/disgusting) and she seemed to say it wryly, in a wink-wink sort of way- I corrected her and reiterate "discussing, like conversation" and so they sortof did a facing each other pose, arms out, mock talking... the end, they take the cam back, and the basically I go back to whatever I was doing and a moment later they left, the cam-girl gives me a finger-wave bye! and shoots me a smile
A few moments later it dawns on me-- "waitaminute.. were they flirting with me?" - they were both smoking hot- cam-girl a pierced hipster-looking sort and the other was more traditional looking
I put the whole attraction thing entirely from my head because I figured:
Lesbian, way younger than me (felt like I would seem like a perv to them if I "went there") and also that they seemed to be in their own vibe
But I think I couldn't help but think the "disgusting?"(winkwink innuendo) was meant to mean something, so much that I even started shaking a little taking the last couple pics (SSSMoking hot) but was trying to keep my composure and not come off like a vulture.
But then a minute after they left it was like the world came to a screeching halt (crickets*chirp*chirp) and I was thinking "did I just pass up an opportunity for a threesome with two bi smoking hot 20somethings? And I replayed the whole thing over and over again in my head
(btw, I'm a decent fit close-one-eye-and-squint Prince William-ish+several years with glasses looking guy I guess, so I'm not so bad looking I guess?)

But I sat there stunned for a bit...
wth - I have NO idea how to interpret these types of things and on top of that am quite modest and stoic in general, definitely not the playa' type
