My 2 cents here is that not everyone likes everything all the time. I mean, usually oral is the greatest thing on earth for me, but sometimes it just doesn't feel as good. And this has nothing to do with what is being done to me... it's just not as pleasurable. You know, sometimes a steak just doesn't sound as good as a burger... that's why mixing it up and changing, adding, or subtracting items from the menu can be fun. :)
