I'm a bi sexual male and love anal sex either with a partner or with a variety of sex toys. What is the best way to prepare for this? Is an anal doushe OK? If so what what seems to be the best? I like the feeling of being filled and recently purchased a John Holmes dildo. It is massive! How can I safely work up to something this huge?

Don't be tense or stressed, lubricant naturally, an anal douche will probably be useful, and try smaller thing first. There's not really that much you can do, except get used to it.
