That's a loaded question. According to our featured author, yes it does. And in looking over all their info, I don't have any real issues with what they have to say.

I've never tried it, and frankly the thought of enlarging the penis never crossed my mind. But that's me.

But their approach tends to make sense. You know what they say... "only one way to find out". :)

We personally don't endorse any particular penis enlargement methods or products for a variety of reasons. For one, we are not big fans of taking meds, surgery, etc. to increase penis size or for most other things where it's not "strictly necessary".

Frankly I think trying to increase your penis from 5 inches to 7 inches misses the point, but then again if you have your mind set on it, who am I to tell you not to do it. Most guys think they'll please their partner better with a larger penis. But there's a lot more to sexually pleasing someone than the size of your penis. A LOT more.

So who knows...

well yeah i understand that there is a lot more that goes into pleasing ur partner than just size....
the two most important things are
1) if the vagina and penis "fit" together just right...
and
2)how u use ur "tool"

and i myself am near 6 inches when erect...give or take about a quarter of an inch...
but i was really just wondering if...it really worked...and like u said....
theres only one way to find out for sure and that is..i assume..try it for myself...

but...i do believe that i got an adequate answer....

Absolutely! There's size AND shape, and both have to "match" for a good fit. You'd be surprised how many guys are concerned that their penis is TOO big. Believe it or not, that's not always a good thing.

are these sets of reps supposed to be repeated multiple time within a day..
or just one set of reps per day..

again..the only way to find out is to try it yourself...

i am actually satisfied with my penis size as is...but we'll just say that im doing this in the name of science....or something like that..haha

I'm not sure about the frequency of reps for enlarging penis size.

The reps are actually part of a larger penis enlargement program by Roger Miller. We're going to have some more articles by him in the coming weeks with different aspects of this and different exercises. They're going to be on Roger's author page.

Roger has a downloadable guide / ebook at his website with the entire penis enlargement program.

We're not too fond of surgery and pills, etc. for penis enlargement, but his program is all based on natural methods (exercises, etc.). So as long as you're not doing it for the wrong reasons - and you realize that penis size is not the end-all be-all to be a wonderful lover - then we don't per-se have any qualms with it.

haha...i wouldnt say that im doing it for a wrong reason...

like i said...im satisfied with my length and girth...and apparently(VERY apparently..*wink wink*) so is my partner..

im mainly doing this as a personal experiment of sorts..

mainly..im just curious and i thought that id give it a shot...

i just started yesterday...so not trying to be a weird-o or anything...
i might try updating u guys every couple weeks or so...to see if there actually is any reliability to this technique..

till then...i wish myself a little good luck and i hope u'll do the same.
