Hi there...

Thank you for taking some time on reading this and if you got an answer...GOD BLESS YOU...ok so here we go...
Like most men, I grew up with SEX on my mind ALL the time..when i finally got a grilfriend she hurt me really bad by telling me i sucked in bed and my penis was too small for her...WOW...I never really thought that would matter so much..i entered and very depressing state of mind...as today I'm embarrass to say that i have not found an effective way to increase my penis size (currently 6.5 inches)
When I decided i should move on..i met a very wonderful woman..she's been my girlfriend for 3 years now and i dont think sex is that bad for her (since she has never had another partner)...even then i have a very weird feelings and thoughts because my past experience left me so hurt..i'm always wondering if she will ever cheat on me because my peniz size or because i dont please her enough...i even leaned towards more playful and exciting new ways such as sex toys...you know..to keep her away from other temptations..(I know that my thoughts are very wrong because she has never show me any signs of leaving me at all...in the other hand i even think she loves me more that i love her..) so now the BIG PROBLEM CAME...apparently the past month i have not been able to last long in bed and i never suffered from this..my friend told me if i were to masturbate and try to control myself it will help by the time i have intercorse but it just got it worst...i feel like my penis is so sensitive now..im getting very disappointed at myself because now i feel i can please her with my penis size and now this...? i cant last more than 5 minutes...im considering going to a physician to see if he can find out the problem or if this is all on my mind..I'm also going to stop having sex for quick some time perhaps that way i will stop feeling like that..i dont know..what do you think??

I believe 6.5 inches is slightly above average size. Your ex was a cruel, selfish bitch to tell you what she told you even if you were small.
(though you're not).

You could try stopping and calming down every time you are about to cum. In the mean time, you could revert back to foreplay.

I don't know if you use condoms but, they can decrease sensation too. .

As a last resort, they are now using S,S,R, I.'s to treat this problem They tend to cause delayed ejaculation as a side-effect.

Your penis isn't small. A frankly, even if it was, who cares?
Sorry, but I don't like people that terminate a relationship on basis of penis size, especially those who make up a scale.

And, to your question. Don't take a break from sex-from my experience, a break makes you cum quicker. I can give two pieces of advice:
1: masturbate the same way you have sex, so you get bored of that technique
2: Who says you have to use a penis to give an orgasm? Get her close by any other means, then, if you have to, use your penis.

It also helps to stop having sex before things get out of hand and get more into foreplay. When you feel "calmed down", start again. Just make sure you get a good enough brake.

Take things slower then normal. You will train your body to do what you want, even though this can take a long time, its worth it.

Some sexual positions are better then others when it comes to long lasting sex. I find the hardest position "doggie style" yet the best is when she is on top. With her doing all the work you can relax more.

Don't worry about your penis size dude, you sound fine. An average size is the best size. Your ex girlfriend isnt worth paying attention too. :cool:

6.5 is larger then average, and just be calm and open or your gonna be nervous, be open and i guarentee things will get better.

its all in your head man look if u keep thinking that this is going to happen ull always have it going on... just put in mind that things are better now and that u dont cum fast and never panic just use different positions, dont get so excited and dont think while having sex and keep saying to yourself (its comming its comming ) ur mind controls everything so make it calm down :) btw i had the same problem
